Our Site was created to provide information about Flipco Financial’s services as a private money lender for the purchase, renovation, and resale of single-family residential properties to individual, business, and commercial investors who visit Our Site to learn more about our Services (“you” and “your”). 1. Information We Collect
When you visit Our Site, interact with us to request, or provide information, or transact business with us, we may collect, use, store, and share your Personal Information (collectively, “Site Visits”). We perform most of the functions necessary to perform the Services in connection with our business purpose by the employees of our subsidiaries and affiliates at our business headquarters, but also have to work with third parties such as title companies, banks, law firms, software vendors, website designers, and governmental authorities and therefore must share access to and disclose some of your Personal Information in order to perform our Services to you.
