Our parent company has a history of over 20 years of successful entrepreneurial skills in multiple industries. With continued growth going into 2023, we can’t wait for what this year holds and the many years to come!

FlipCo Financial is a premier hard money lender in the most traditional sense meaning we lend almost entirely on the hard asset. We are able to close within 72 hours because we do not require third-party appraisals or surveys to close, and service all of our loans in-house! In the spirit of true hard money we do not pull credit or background checks and truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to achieve financial freedom and the American dream through Real Estate investing.

We also believe in local partnership, and while we expand we rely on local industry experts to paint a picture of how we can help investors in their market. Finally, while I’ve mentioned hard money several times, our rates remain at an industry-low because of our strategic business structure – we believe in leaving more money in the investor’s pocket allowing them to scale and become repeat clients.
